I finished this Nipsey Hussle inspired piece shortly after midnight. I initially posted it on Instagram at around 1am. The name of this piece is called “Hussle Roses 🌹”. I spent plenty of nights listening to his music, watching his videos, and listening to interviews/podcasts of how he came up. His come up was definitely an inspiration to me. Little did I know that in less than 17 hours, God would be calling him home. @nipseyhussle truly was a man of the people. He definitely embodied the the blueprint when it came to building up his community, and giving back to it at the same time. I believe the best way for us to honor this mans memory is to follow in his footsteps and rebuild our communities as well. There’s so much more that I can say about this man, but my heart is bleeding for his family right now. So I’m just going to take this time to be present in the moment, and reflect on the impact this man’s life has had on soo many people. Rest In Power @nipseyhussle .
